Positive Behaviour Approach
At Heygreen Primary School, we are committed to creating an environment where exemplary behaviour and strong relationships are at the heart of productive learning. Everyone is expected to maintain the highest standards of personal conduct, to accept responsibility for their behaviour and encourage others to do the same.
We firmly believe that effective learning cannot take place without good discipline. This is why we have created a positive behaviour culture, focussing on relational practice, where pupils are treated fairly and justly. They are encouraged, held to account, and they can flourish in a school which expects the very best from them.
